Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund.
Go to your Dashboard, find the booking, and click "Cancel Booking". Refund amount depends on the property's cancellation policy and how far in advance you cancel.
For Hosts
We charge a competitive rate based on the services you need. We discuss details personally to offer the best package for your property.
We vet all guests, require a security deposit, and provide comprehensive insurance coverage. We also inspect after each stay.
Earnings are transferred at the end of each month with a detailed report of all bookings and expenses.
