Here & Home started with one stubborn idea: that an Egyptian furnished stay should feel warmer than a hotel and calmer than a rental.
Our founder lived in too many "furnished" apartments where the photos lied, the lock didn't work, and nobody answered the WhatsApp. That memory is the reason the standard here is high — and why every listing carries a real video tour, a keyless check-in, and a real human on the other end of the chat.
We chose Egypt on purpose. Cairo and the Red Sea coast are two markets that complement each other — Cairo peaks October to April, the Red Sea peaks June to August. Together they hold occupancy steady through the year while the rest of the region is still figuring out their seasonality.
We chose full management on purpose too. We don't just list a property — we clean, photograph, list across our site, Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, message guests by name, dispatch maintenance, and pay owners monthly. One point of contact. One accountable team. A real-time dashboard for the partner so the numbers are never a mystery.
Our logo is a stylized H — a butterfly, an infinity loop. It's the connection we're trying to build between guests, owners, and the home itself.
